POSITION: National Accounts Sales Manager

Job description

Our growing business in the cell phone repair and refurbishment parts supply industry necessitates the addition of an Outside Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. The Sales Manager will also monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue. If you have prior experience in outside sales, technical knowledge in the cellular phone industry and a desire to expand your career, we want to hear from you.

 

The position will interface with, and provide significant support to, our other global teams, including Newport Beach, Dallas Fort Worth and Hong Kong SAR.

 

Responsibilities, but not limited to below:

  • Establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential customers.
  • Create and implement National Account Sales plans that drive share and margin in retail sale
  • Lead cross functional teams to respond and win RFPs
  • Focusing sales efforts by studying existing and potential customers.
  • Submitting orders by referring to price lists and product information.
  • Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual customer analyses.
  • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising / marketing techniques, etc.
  • Recommending changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Servicing existing accounts, obtains orders.

Specific Requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and above, preferably in  business or engineering discipline.
  • 3+ years equivalent experience
  • A broad range of experience in the Mobile Device Service and Repair Industry.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (Helpful if candidate could speak Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean or Spanish but not required)
  • Familiar with ISO 9001:2008 Standards and Quality Management Systems. Acquainted with quality audit systems preferred.
  • Travel expectation will be up to 50%
  • Candidate can live in any major Metro Area (Near Airport)

Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Proven record of successful negotiating and selling skills in a retail environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate a value proposition at high levels and leverage regional expertise to win profitable new business. Knowledge of various landscape product categories is helpful but not required.
  • Self-initiative and independent. Minimum supervision capable.
  • Be able to deal with a diverse culture of company associate

POSITION: Site Controller, Hong Kong

POSITION REPORTS TO:  CFO

Inventory

  • Coordinate with Operations regarding physical inventories and monitor cycle count.
    • Drive planning, execution, and reconciliation of physical counts
  • Analyze and reconcile inventory transactions for accuracy and completeness in support of monthly financial reporting.
    • Drive the development of inventory analysis reports
    • Drive the improvement of internal controls pertaining to inventory management
    • Perform the monthly book to perpetual reconciliation, reviewing all quantity and cost adjustments

Accounts Payable

  • Supervise procurement and accounts payable.
    • Enforce 3-way matching: invoice, purchase order, and item receipts
    • Resolve internal errors and incomplete transactions by addressing issues with and provide guidance to operations staff
    • Resolve invoice inaccuracies with suppliers
    • Reconcile statements with supplier
  • Process payments of accounts payable
    • Coordinate cash requirements with US-Controller.
    • Ensure controls adequate in place over cash payments.

 

Accounting

 

  • Drive month-end close of general ledger for HK entity
  • Assist with audit of financial statements and internal controls
  • Review bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain fixed assets records and conduct periodic physical inventory of fixed assets
  • Coordinate annual statutory audit.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three years supervisor experience of staff of 2 or more.
  • Ten years of experience in operations accounting with exposure to cost accounting in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Experience with ERP systems (Quickbooks, NetSuite, MS Dynamics)
  • Excellent communication skills (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin)
  • Advanced Excel skills

POSITION: Warehouse Supervisor

POSITION REPORTS TO:  Production

Job Description

Our growing business in the cell phone repair and refurbishment parts supply industry necessitates the addition of a Site Controller for our Hong Kong facility. The successful candidate will report to the CFO, located in Newport Beach CA in the US.

 

The position will interface with, and provide significant support to, our other global teams, including Newport Beach, Dallas Fort Worth as well as Hong Kong SAR.

 

Responsibilities, but not limited to below:

 

  • Manage the warehouse / logistics activities
  • Inventory physical control policies and systems
  • Execute daily management of the team members & training affairs
  • Manage the operational security
  • Upgrade the working efficiency and satisfaction of the job
  • Setting the target & refine the SOP of the department
  • Communication with related functions

Requirement, Skills & Experience

  • Diploma or above in relevant discipline with minimum 3 years relevant working experience
  • Knowledgeable in the best practices of logistic and warehouse management for sizeable team
  • Excellent planning, coordination, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skill
  • Communication skills in English and Cantonese (written and spoken)
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS office applications

POSITION: Quality (RMA) Technician– Hong Kong

Job Description

Our growing business in the cell phone repair and refurbishment parts supply industry necessitates the addition of a RMA Technician for our Quality Department. The successful candidate will report to the Quality Manager in our Hong Kong facility.

 

The position will interface with, and provide significant support to, our other global teams, including Newport Beach, Dallas Fort Worth as well as Hong Kong SAR.

 

Responsibilities, but not limited to below:

  • Collect line failure data and report preparation by daily basis
  • Validate the defective samples for root cause identification and improvement
  • Perform in-process quality control to identify potential problem for improvement
  • Follow up the effectiveness of corrective action

Requirement, Skills & Experience

  • Diploma/Certificate holder in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Quality/ Industrial engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of technical support experience in manufacturing industry, inspection experience is an advantage
  • Meticulous, sharp observation and data organization & documentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good spoken & written English & Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, can work independently and under pressure
